I'm an author, and feel free to help me. I would be even more thankful if you would told this to other people so I may even get more help. Also, if you wonder, no I'm not employed. I'm too young for such.

You know, that's pretty damn much time to develope a good flash game. But this gets repetetive pretty quickly. The controls seemed a bit odd at first. And sometimes there were totally unfitting music to a scene.
Dude; with 18 months you could make a pretty damn good game, easily, with that much time for improvement. Someone could even write a friggin good book in less than that.
Sorry mate, but this doesn't seem like it took 18 months to make. It looks like it took less than two months. Considering how much time you have on 18 months, and especially the holidays and the long vacations, this ain't good enough for an 18-month production. I expected far more when I read "After nearly 18 months of development".
Again, sorry mate, but this just ain't good enough. Also, the music better be made by you, or else I would give you 5 stars.

I just found it today, though it is a bit late. Even so, this was not a disappointment. The story was nice as always, and it's pretty much like; The cyclus of events is being broken, a new turn is taken, and things are not going in a circle anymore. Good idea mate, very good idea. The battle-scene was at its maximum potential (I believe), and the other scenes couldn't have been better, I think. But are the chapters with Midna the last ones? Hope not, since an absolutely final battle should be the end of the series, like going through the past in his thoughts and fighting in the past, images of certain moments, etc. Nonetheless, I expect better things to come, and I believe better things actually will come. Keep going Scoot, Zelda-fans are just waiting for another episode.
Also, that scene when the fire-burst came through their mouths in the battlescene really made me laugh. I instantly thought: "IMA FIRING TEH LAZOR!". Though that may have been accidental, it simply made the episode better.
And to everyone who didn't watch past the credits, do it. You'll see a lot of "mismade cutscenes", and you WILL laugh.

Animation was nice, voices were quite fitting, although the concept was a bit oddly made, but still it remained well. Effects were nice, and I think 3D effects were used as well. Nonetheless, great work.

Just a few mistakes you made - it's written sensei, not sensai. And in the intro you wrote "to" when you should actually have written "too". I can't remember other small mistakes you made, but hey - that's easy to overlook. Anyways, great work. Easy to see you were insipred by naruto in some way. Just hope you're not another narutard :)

The best part of it has to be the ending. When the "Terrorist Win!" came in, the sound, the music and the background was perfectly suiting. A masterpiece, and of course - awesome.
And I've learned a really important lesson - never never NEVER IN YOUR GODDAMNED LIFE underestimate a dumbass.
A good day to you sir.

The ending was the most unexpected thing I've ever seen... Oh well, expect what you least expect when you least expect it.
Also, since it was without proper amounts of blood (which is very un-madness-like), you lose three points from me.

The concept was alright, but there are some flaws, which make this game boring.
1. I lose men when I make troops, but for what ****ing reason do I lose even more when they die? That's not logical the least. And, that's just wrong.
2. You realize that ships wouldn't crash into each other and just sink... rite? Come on, do ships in reality or games do so? The answer: NO.
3. Air battles: When the enemy bombards you from the tallest level on the map (Why have levels???), it's plain impossible to make a come-back. Maybe you should have made the AI unable to do so, to bombard you from above for eternity.
It wasn't pretty entertaining to me, and the way to play it was a bit lame to me. Conquering nations, upgrading and stuff - it got boring way too quickly.

Well, it wasn't much fun. It was too slow, and after only two of those sectors, I quited.
Uh, real-time strategy? Dude, that's not a proper real-time strategy game. The pace of this game is slow, which it should not be.
Graphics wasn't anything special - rather boring.
And besides, you've taken use of what the Command & Conquer-series have used - mobile construction vehicle, just that you made it a ship. And the units and the attacks... lame.
Make something better and faster when you make such stuff. And you should play Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. That will give you a look on what a real real-time strategy game is.
Author's Response:
Well as you quitted before the tutorial was over, you wouldnt have seen the units so im surprised you feel you can just call them "lame". Youve only seent he attack drones. The are much faster and more varied unit in the game than just that, and I don't see how the unit speed has anything to do with it being an RTS.
